Великая Отечественная война стала тяжелейшим испытанием для Советского Союза. Государственная колхозно-совхозная политика сыграла ключевую роль в обеспечении населения продовольствием, способствуя Победе над Германией. Актуальность исследования этой темы сохраняется и сегодня, особенно в контексте реиндустриализации и импортозамещения в Российской Федерации.
Изучение исторического опыта решения продовольственной проблемы в условиях войны имеет большое научное и общественно-практическое значение. Оно помогает понять пути преодоления экономических санкций и достижения продовольственной независимости через самообеспечение сельскохозяйственными продуктами.

The Great Patriotic War presented the Soviet Union with its most tragic and difficult challenge of the 20th century. A key factor in the USSR's victory over Germany was its state-driven collective and state farm policy, which aimed to meet the population's food needs. The successful conclusion of this war in favor of the Soviet Union remains a relevant subject of study today.
The issues addressed in this work hold significant scientific and practical importance. The research's relevance is tied to the Russian Federation's current course towards re-industrialization and import substitution. Furthermore, understanding the historical experience of solving the food problem under wartime exigencies is crucial for overcoming economic sanctions and achieving food independence through self-sufficiency in agricultural products.
