How we keep payments safe
- Stripe + SSL encryption protect every transaction; card data is tokenized and never stored by us.
- 3-D Secure is enforced where banks support it to prevent unauthorized payments.
- Refunds return to the original method; crypto refunds are sent minus network fees.
When is payment captured?
Payment is captured immediately to reserve your books. If a title becomes unavailable, we refund you right away.
Can I switch payment method?
Yes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll re-issue a link with your preferred method.
Do you add hidden fees?
No. You pay only the order total you see at checkout. Your bank may charge FX fees if your card currency differs from USD/EUR.
