View order policyIs my payment information safe?
Card details are entered in the Stripe payment flow and never reach our servers. Never send card numbers or security codes to us by email or chat.
What currency will I be charged in?
Checkout shows the currency and total before payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if your account uses another currency.
When will I receive my payment confirmation?
Right after payment you see the confirmation screen and receive an email. A pending bank authorization alone does not confirm the order — if the status is unclear, contact us before paying again.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.
Which cards and payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other supported cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices. PayPal and crypto payments are not enabled yet.
What if my payment is declined or interrupted?
Check your order status before trying again. Contact your bank about a decline, or write to us about an unclear order status.
