This work delves into the psychological mechanisms underlying leaders' innovative activities. It examines the key factors that determine a leader's capacity to generate and implement new ideas and approaches in management. Both internal and external conditions influencing the manifestation of innovative activity are analyzed. Particular attention is given to the personal qualities of a leader that foster the creation of an innovative environment within an organization. The research aims to understand the psychological barriers and stimuli associated with the innovation process.
