This book continues the story of the friendship between the Little Wolf and the Snowman. The idea for this sequel came from children's questions about whether their friendship could continue in spring. Following the previous story, the Snowman travels with his parents, leaving the Little Wolf missing his friend. The children suggested a creative solution: the Snowman could become a cloud, allowing their friendship to persist even as spring melts the snow.
