This monograph summarizes the authors' extensive experience in the diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of common diseases affecting the spine and spinal cord. Radiological diagnostics are presented using magnetic resonance and computed tomography, including morphometric analysis of various parameters of the spinal-motor segment and bone mineral density. Special attention is given to the pathology of the cervical spine and color duplex scanning techniques. The treatment approach is based on the principle of "increasing radicalism," prioritizing conservative therapy, manual medicine, and minimally invasive puncture techniques with electrostimulation and destruction of specific structures, including laser treatment and endovideosurgery. The experience of outpatient neurosurgery is presented for the first time, alongside modern surgical methods for spinal stabilization, including optimized vertebroplasty.
