Overview

Alice Selenznova lives in the future, attends school, and dreams of becoming a cosmobiologist. She studies Martian language, befriends a dragon, and communicates with dolphins. Alice loves adventures and often finds herself in perilous situations, escaping from tyrants, robots, and spiders. This series of works began with Kir Bulichyov's 1965 collection of stories, 'The Girl Who Wouldn't Have Anything Happen to Her'. The 'Guest from the Future' series and 'The Secret of the Third Planet' animated film made Alice one of the most beloved heroines in Soviet children's literature.
