Тема "внешнеторговое дело" вызвана современной потребностью совершенствования и развития российской экономики в условиях ее либерализации, обострения конкурентной борьбы на мировом рынке и вовлечения российской экономики в процесс глобализации всех мировых хозяйственных связей. Сейчас происходит спад развития мировой экономики, падает доверие к финансовой сфере стран, ее отрыву от реальной экономики, масштабному обвалу фондовых рынков и падению валют высокоразвитых стран. В этих сложных условиях мирового рынка требуются конкретные знания внешнеторговой деятельности, так как от результатов внешней торговли в большой степени зависит экономическое развитие страны и уровень жизни населения. Рекомендовано к изданию Ученым советом Института мировой экономики (ИМЭ) в качестве монографии, учебного пособия для студентов, предпринимателей и внешнеторговых работников.

The topic of "foreign trade" is driven by the modern need to improve and develop the Russian economy in the context of its liberalization, increased competition in the global market, and the involvement of the Russian economy in the process of globalization of all world economic relations. The development of the world economy is currently in decline, confidence in the financial sector of countries is falling, as is its separation from the real economy, a large-scale collapse of stock markets and a fall in the currencies of highly developed countries. In these difficult conditions of the world market, specific knowledge of foreign trade activity is required, since the economic development of the country and the standard of living of the population largely depend on the results of foreign trade. Recommended for publication by the Academic Council of the Institute of World Economy (IME) as a monograph, textbook for students, entrepreneurs and foreign trade workers.
