Данная брошюра комментирует «Спектральную логику» и «спектральный подход» применительно к анализу сложных социальных объектов и психологии человека. Автор утверждает, что в мире идёт борьба за новую парадигму жизнедеятельности, а не за лидерство. Необходимо осознать вечную («старо-новую») «спектральную» природу мироздания и человека, неоднородность Единого Пространства Жизни и неизбежную многоукладность общества. Это позволяет отказаться от идеи мирового господства и выстроить взаимодействие между людьми и социальными структурами на основе «Спектральной логики».

This booklet comments on "Spectral Logic" and the "spectral approach" as applied to the analysis of complex social objects and human psychology. The author posits that the world is currently engaged in a struggle for a new paradigm of existence, rather than for leadership. It is essential to recognize the eternal ("old-new") "spectral" nature of the universe and humanity, the heterogeneity of the Unified Life Space, and the inevitable diversity of societal structures. This understanding facilitates the abandonment of the notion of global dominance by any single ideology or country, enabling interaction between individuals and various social models based on "Spectral Logic" to collectively seek solutions to the impasses of Earth's civilization.
