This study examines how the integration of Jewish people into Dutch society impacted their resistance efforts during the German occupation of the Netherlands from 1940 to 1945. It delves into the social standing and group characteristics of Jews, alongside personal factors like character and individual circumstances, which shaped the forms of resistance undertaken. This work is the first comprehensive English-language analysis of Jewish resistance in the Netherlands during this period.
