Globally, obesity and its consequences are increasingly affecting people, with medicine classifying it as a disease. Current treatment methods often prove ineffective. The author posits that obesity primarily stems from misconceptions about health maintenance. Achieving weight loss requires cultivating a rational approach to food and mastering natural appetite regulation techniques, leading to a conscious reduction in food intake. Over time, stomach capacity decreases, and satiety is reached more quickly. Weight reduction occurs at a scientifically recommended rate of 2 to 4 kg per month, without food prohibitions, fasting, or unusual physical exertion.
