Britt Jensen arrives in Hollywood seeking her sister, Lianna, who worked at a nightclub. Lianna has disappeared after telling Britt she was in trouble. The club owner claims Lianna left with a new boyfriend, but Britt suspects otherwise. Convinced her sister is in danger, Britt takes a job as a waitress at the same club. She plans to search the owner's office for clues about the establishment's secrets and Lianna's whereabouts. Her investigation is interrupted by a man who enters the office shortly after her.
