Sergey Galitsky, 2017
This third volume of "From Death to Life" is based on conversations between Sergey Galitsky and military chaplain Protopriest Dmitry Vasilenkov. Father Dmitry participated in the 2008 military operation in Georgia and counter-terrorism operations in the North Caucasus. Since 2006, he has undertaken over 20 deployments to active combat zones, baptizing more than 900 military personnel and security forces. In 2009, Father Dmitry was wounded in action. Drawing from his extensive personal experience, he offers specific recommendations for priests preparing for deployment to war zones.
