Overview

George and Harold, creators of the popular Captain Underpants series, find themselves in trouble again. Their principal, Mr. Krupp, disapproves of their comic books. Undeterred, the boys embark on creating an epic novel about a new subject. Dr. Dilbert Dinkle, an evil genius and inventor, transforms into a sentient puddle of pee and vows to destroy all toilets.
