Using photographs and diagrams, this text shows how to create over 100 period costumes from cast-offs without sewing. Costumes include those from the periods: Gothic, Renaissance, Elizabethan, Restoration, Old West, turn-of-the-century, World War I and decades from the 1920s to the 1980s.
