Шестьдесят три года Берта жила на Брусничном холме, занимаясь рыбалкой, прогулками и уходом за садом. Летом рядом оживал детский лагерь, который она ненавидела. For sixty-three years, Berta lived peacefully on Berry Hill, fishing, walking, and tending her garden. Each summer, a children's camp would come to life near the hill, much to her dismay. Berta could never have imagined that she would soon "steal" a child from the camp, saving a girl named Marusya from boredom, loneliness, and bullying. Now, the unsociable Berta must look after an unfamiliar child for almost the entire summer. But, as it turns out, this is not the most difficult thing she will face.
