Seirin High’s greatest basketball superstar was the one no one literally saw coming—the invisible Kuroko. Tetsuya Kuroko doesn’t stand out much, making him easy to overlook. However, this plainness provides an unexpected advantage on the basketball court, allowing him to execute impressive moves unnoticed. When Taiga Kagami joins the Seirin High basketball team, he encounters the remarkably unremarkable Tetsuya Kuroko. Kagami soon discovers that the practically invisible Kuroko was a member of the legendary, undefeated "Miracle Generation" and seeks Kagami's assistance in challenging his former teammates.
