"Tower of Silence," originally conceived as a book series, is an adventure thriller centered on a blind psychic impostor. The protagonist masquerades as the Zoroastrian mage Shahriyar, selling amulets and performing rituals for affluent female clients. A twist of fate compels him to travel to Baku, where he must confront the father who abandoned him in childhood and embark on a search for his missing sister. He soon finds himself entangled in a web of political intrigues and is forced to face the true nature of his mysterious gift. The narrative seamlessly blends magical realism with authentic Azerbaijani locales, including the Maiden Tower, Gobustan Reserve, Shamakhi, and Nardaran Fortress, lending the novel a compelling sense of realism and unique cultural depth.
