Настоящий Федеральный закон №129-ФЗ устанавливает правовые основы проведения государственной регистрации юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей в Российской Федерации. Он определяет порядок, условия и основания для внесения сведений о создании, реорганизации, ликвидации субъектов предпринимательской деятельности в Единый государственный реестр юридических лиц (ЕГРЮЛ) и Единый государственный реестр индивидуальных предпринимателей (ЕГРИП).
Закон регулирует вопросы, связанные с наименованием юридических лиц, адресом места нахождения, сведениями об учредителях, руководителе, уставном капитале и других существенных данных. Также устанавливаются процедуры государственной регистрации изменений, вносимых в учредительные документы юридических лиц, и порядок предоставления информации из реестров.
