Domovik Senya embarks on a new journey through the city in search of suitable housing. Freezing on a cold autumn night, Senya finds shelter in a large building, not fully understanding where he has ended up. Other inhabitants – a parrot, a hedgehog, a hamster, and other animals – mistake him for a thief. Although the misunderstanding with Senya is quickly resolved, the book is full of adventures for each character.
